THE LENTEN SEASON continues with our sixth midweek
worship at 7 PM Wednesday evening. The
Guild will be serving an assortment of soups, French bread, applesauce, and
brownies before the service, beginning at 5:45 PM.

SENIOR LEAGUE MEMBERS are reminded to meet
at 5:30 PM this evening at the Bob Evans restaurant at West Hill for supper,
then will be returning to the Fellowship Room for their monthly meeting and
socializing.
YOUTH will meet this evening at 7:00 PM.
EASTER FLOWERS: Persons who would like to put flowers
on the altar or in the narthex for Easter are asked to contact Karen Schlehuser
(342-6140) this week. Persons may
purchase their own flowers or order through Karen.
SUNDAY SCHOOL will be having an Easter party on Easter
Sunday, March 31. Donations of
individually wrapped candy, trinkets, etc. are needed - monetary donations also
appreciated. Persons may leave donations
in the church office. Help to assemble
goodie bags for the celebration is also needed on the Saturday before Easter -
see Matt Riley or call him this week at 812-343-8553 if you would like to help
with this.
THIRTEEN STUDENT CONFIRMANDS will be questioned
this coming Saturday, March 23, at 9:00 AM.
Everyone is invited to come as these young people are examined in
preparation for their confirmation next Sunday.
THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN will be leading the
procession with palms at the 10:00 AM worship service next Sunday. All children are encouraged to participate.
PHIL'S FRIENDS DRIVE: Please choose an egg from the Easter basket
in the narthex. Inside will be a slip of
paper naming an item you can donate to Phil's Friends for their care packages
to cancer patients. Items may be put into the tote in the narthex by Sunday,
April 7. Janet Morey will be packing the items (this will eliminate shipping
costs).
A THANK-YOU has been received from the Pregnancy Care
Center for the donation of $813.24 from our recent Baby Bottle Campaign. These funds will be used to provide area
churches and schools with professional abstinence training, underwrite the work
that goes on in the PCC, and provide resources for post-abortion Bible studies
that the PCC offers.

THE YOGA EXERCISE CLASSES will be continued on
Monday nights during the month of April.
(No classes for the rest of March.) A second class of Yogalates (mix of
