Weak and Loved- a note to my friends
It is so exciting to me that so many of you are reading my book. Thank you so much for all the kind words, the encouragement, and the enthusiasm you have! Again, I find myself built up an helped by this fantastic church family here at White Creek, just as I did when Aggie was sick.
If you have read my book, and especially if you walked away with a sense of guilt and feeling that you wish you would have done more to help us through that trial, please, take a minute to read my note to you on my blog today!
I am thanking God for our dear Christian family here at White Creek today!

God's Will?
Jesus was moved with pity.
was heart-wrenched; his guts knotted up (splagchnizomai!)
saw the person and his physical and spiritual need and was MOVED - He aches for us
Jesus is moved with pity for us as well, when he sees our physical needs, and our gaping, disgusting spiritual needs.
Jesus touched the leper.
"I will. Be cleansed."
He wills.
Jesus shows us at every turn that He is trustworthy. He wills that we be cleansed.
He wills our life, health, and salvation.
Knowing our hearts, knowing the sin that plagues us constantly, knowing that we betray the One who blesses us, He wills that we take refuge in Him.
Thy will be done, Jesus. Amen

Have you allowed God's Word to reorient you lately?
Father, turn us from our sin, point us in the right direction, and carry us home. We ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
