THRIVENT CHOICE:
Thrivent Financial is now offering a special campaign doubling Thrivent
Choice Dollars. If you would like to
direct your Choice Dollars to our church, and if you are not able to do that
online or by phone, please note that paper forms to sign up for this will be
available after worship next Sunday, October 20.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED to help with the organ installation
this week. Work times are Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning from 9:00 AM - Noon, Monday evening, 6-10
PM, Tuesday afternoon, 1-5 PM, Thursday afternoon, 1-4:30 PM, and Friday
evening, 6-10 PM. Check the church blog
for more information as to what work will be done during each time.
TRINITY LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL will hold an Open
House this afternoon from 2:00-4:00 PM.
All eighth grade students will be entered in a drawing to win a Trinity
t-shirt. Interested eighth grade
students will also receive a $75 voucher that covers registration costs at
Trinity for the 2014-2015 school year.

THE AUXILIARY of CrossLife Ministries will hold a
fall luncheon
and
bake sale at Immanuel Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall this Friday, October 18,
from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Free-will
donations will be accepted, and persons may dine in or carry out. Funds raised will be matched by Thrivent
Financial.
SENIOR LEAGUE MEMBERS are reminded to meet next Sunday
evening at 5:30 PM for supper and then return to the Fellowship Room for the
monthly meeting and socializing.
THE LWML FALL RALLY will be held at Grace Lutheran
Church, Columbus, on Saturday, October 26, beginning at 8:30 AM. Penny Letterman and Iris Wittman will share
some of their experiences and observations gained on several mission trips they
have made to Guatemala. All ladies are
invited.
LWML INGATHERING:
An in-gathering of vitamins (children’s chewable, pre-natal, and adult
multi-vitamin) for the mission in Guatemala will be collected at the LWML Fall
Rally at Grace Lutheran Church on October 26.
A box is located in the narthex to receive these donations.
TRINITY MUSICAL:
Trinity Lutheran High School will be performing its 9th annual musical
Thursday, November 14, through Sunday, November 17. This year's production is White Christmas. Performances will take place in the school's
Commons at 7:00 PM nightly. In addition,
a matinee on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM will be available. Tickets are $10/person and may be purchased
through the Trinity office now. For
