A FEW 2015 OFFERING ENVELOPES are still in the narthex.  If you have not yet picked yours up, please do so TODAY.

ANNIVERSARY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS are still available for sale.  Contact Becky in the church office.  Cost is $12 each.  The anniversary committee is also still taking pre-orders for a commemorative plate featuring a color photograph of the church, along with the anniversary theme.  If 144 plates are pre-ordered, the cost would be $20 each.

CONGREGATIONAL HISTORY:  2015 marks the 175th anniversary of the establishment of our congregation here at St. John's, White Creek.  As part of this celebration, watch for information about an aspect of our congregation's history that will be included in our weekly news bulletin.

EUCHRE PARTY:  St. Paul, Clifty, invites everyone to a Euchre Party this coming Friday, January 9, at 6:30 PM.  Cost is $5/person, with all proceeds benefitting the Orphan Grain Train.  Prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third places.  There will also be a traveling trophy which the winner will keep until the next party.  Drinks will be provided.  If you desire, you may bring a snack to share.  For any questions, contact Nora Cleary at 812-342-3756 or musicsewfine@att.net.

SEMINAR:  Disagreements, misunderstandings, and jumping to conclusions cause us problems between one another.  Zion Lutheran Church, Seymour, is hosting a Blessed Are the Peacemakers seminar on Saturday, January 17, from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM to equip us in handling our conflicts biblically.  The cost is $35/person.  Call CrossLife Ministries at 812-522-8440 for additional information and/or to register.

WCLS PARENTS AND STUDENTS are reminded that classes resume TOMORROW and that we will have NO BUSSING either way since BCSC students do not return to class until Tuesday.
